Yes. Please book your follow-up appointments independently through our appointment booking – ideally directly after booking the initial appointment. In a single diagnosis you need an initial appointment and an evaluation appointment (consultation appointment). In a combined diagnosis please book an initial appointment and two additional conversations: a diagnostic conversation (consultation appointment) and a final evaluation appointment (consultation appointment).
Autism and ADHD often occur together. Nearly 50% of autistic people also have ADHD. The ADHD screening helps us to comprehensively classify your complaints and recommend appropriate support measures. Please fill out the questionnaires even if you only want an autism diagnosis or already have an ADHD diagnosis. You can securely upload existing findings through our platform.
Information about your childhood and youth helps us to classify your development. If your parents are not available or you do not want to involve them, a diagnostic clarification is still possible. You can describe your own memories in the conversation. If possible, other people who know you from your childhood can also be helpful, such as grandparents, aunts, uncles, or long-time friends.
Important: If only few information about your early development is available, the diagnostic classification may be more difficult. Therefore, please weigh which sources of information are available to you, and discuss this at the beginning of your diagnosis with the diagnosing professional.
If possible, information by people, who you know well or who have accompanied you since your childhood or youth. You will receive external assessment questionnaires, which can be filled out by partners, friends, or colleagues, for example. Information from childhood is also helpful. If such sources of information are not available to you, it does not automatically mean that a diagnosis is impossible. Missing information can make the diagnostic classification more difficult.
Please upload any existing preliminary findings, diagnostic reports, discharge reports, and relevant certificates to our secure platform . You do not need to create detailed self-reports about your suspected diagnosis in advance. First, wait for the initial conversation ; important additions can be uploaded as a PDF later if needed.
