Confirm cancellation
Important note regarding already provided partial services and partial payments
If you cancel the contract after we have already started the psychotherapeutic diagnostics, the payment for the partial services rendered in full up to the receipt of your cancellation remains due. Any partial payments made will be credited accordingly to this payment.
For services not yet rendered, we will refund you the amounts paid within the legal deadlines. There is no entitlement to a refund for services that were fully rendered before the receipt of the cancellation and for which you are required to provide compensation under the legal regulations.
